Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for a furniture retail shop in Dar es Salaam. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable furniture solutions, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage walk-in and potential customers.
- Promote and sell furniture products to individual and corporate clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in showroom arrangement and product display.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales (retail experience preferred).
- Experience in furniture or showroom sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
