Our client, a leading hospital network, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead their hospital's marketing team and drive innovative strategies that elevate their brand presence. The role will be based in a healthcare facility in Pampanga and will be overseeing 4 - 5 hospitals in their network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing teams, and achieving business objectives through effective campaigns.

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign direction
Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve high performance

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or related fields
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making
Proven ability to create impactful marketing campaigns across various channels
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Has marketing experience obtained from working in healthcare companies, pharmaceutical companies or hospitals.
