Process Engineer (Hybrid Onsite & Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support WMS & OMS software solutions for various projects
• Configure systems for day-to-day operations
• Conduct user training and documentation
• Collaborate with IT, automation teams, and stakeholders
• Analyze system integration with SAP & client systems (preferred)
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Travel required based on client needs

Qualifications:

Experience in WMS, OMS, automation, and process optimization
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and quality systems
