We are looking for a Player Support Specialist to join our Sofia team, supporting players of a globally acclaimed competitive gaming title. As a Player Support Specialist, you will assist Polish-speaking players with account management, technical issues, in-game queries, and fair play concerns. You will be the bridge between the player community and the game — ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to its players.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle Polish-language player support requests via digital channels
- Assist with account access, purchases, technical problems, and game-related queries
- Review and act on reports related to fair play and player conduct
- Document cases accurately and follow escalation procedures
- Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support that players appreciate
What we are looking for:
- Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
- English: solid working proficiency
- Genuine passion for gaming and online gaming communities
- Patient, empathetic communicator with strong written skills
- Available to work on-site in Sofia
