Job description:

QA

• Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products.
• Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing.
• Developing plans to help a company manage waste.
• Training QA member and other employees on quality procedures and all inspection processes.
• Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies

QC

• Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods
• Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.
• Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
• Reading and interpreting engineering blue print drawings and radiographs.
• Using gauges such as calipers and micrometers to measure products.
• Collecting and compiling statistical quality data.
• Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in in related field.
• At least 2-5 years experience in QA or QC.
• Good command in English (TOEIC score equivalent to 650+)
  Having database management and computer literacy (Power BI is prefer)
  Able to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers.
  Blueprint reading capabilities
