Description
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white-collar (Technical and commercial employees) and blue-collar (Foremen, Skilled Labor) positions. You will be the bridge between our project needs and top-tier talent, ensuring we have the right people to bring our visions to life. Your responsibilities will include the following: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. You will clarify the requirements for new positions, draft job postings for specific target groups, and propose suitable search strategies Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and industry networks to attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit. You will preselect suitable candidates and conduct job interviews in collaboration with the relevant department You will utilize our aptitude assessment tool to support the recruitment process and advise the department accordingly You will prepare regular reports on open positions You will ensure compliance with quality standards in recruitment and ensure all hiring activities comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies. You will collaborate with recruitment agencies and headhunters Visa Coordination: Work closely with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) to facilitate visa processing and labor documentation.
