technology, managing our in-house data centre that directly impacts the success

This role will report directly to the IT Operations Team Leader and is based
full time on site at our Truganina support office, placing you at the heart of
our dynamic IT Operations.
What
you’ll bring:
Minimum 5 years systems administration
experience
A qualification in IT or Computer
Science is advantageous.
Essential ITIL Certification to support
your operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
ie. Office 365
Virtualization Knowledge and experience
(VMware)
Familiarity with Azure Cloud
technologies including disaster recovery strategies
Demonstrated success in leading IT
operations and infrastructure services
Skills in planning, executing and
overseeing IT projects with a strong understanding of project management
methodologies

You
will:
Deliver rock-solid technical
infrastructure support using advanced VMware virtualization and NetAPP
enterprise storage solutions.
Lead the charge in designing and
managing Microsoft Directory Services (on-prem) and Azure AD for seamless
business operations.
Evaluate, designing and maintaining
server system solutions to meet business requirements.
Managing and maintaining back-end
processes and systems such as Backups, Patching, Anti-virus, DR & BC
processes.
Collaborate with vendors to redefine,
implement and support a wide range of third-party software and business
continuity.
Act as the final escalation point,
sharing your expertise with the team through mentorship and hands-on coaching.
