About Financial Risk
Financial Risk (FR) safeguards ING’s financial health through forward-looking risk management across the bank. It sets the financial risk strategy and risk appetite, and develops and maintains robust risk frameworks, policies, and models to ensure sound risk management and regulatory compliance. As the second line of defence, FR provides independent oversight and challenge on risk-taking activities, monitors risks across the balance sheet, and ensures consistent implementation of risk standards globally while maintaining close interaction with regulators and key stakeholders.
FR is organized into five Tribes, each covering a distinct risk domain: FR Frameworks & Controls (FC), Banking Risk (BR), Trading Risk (TR), Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), and Capital, Treasury & Liquidity (CTL). Each Tribe is further structured into Chapters aligned to specific areas of responsibility. This role sits within the Capital & Treasury Risk Chapter of the FR CTL Tribe.

Acting as the primary Financial Risk contact for Group Treasury activities in Amsterdam
