JBK Landscape is currently seeking an experienced Enhancement Project Foreman to lead landscape installation and property enhancement projects in the field. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in high-end residential landscaping and landscape construction.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys leading crews, and wants to grow with a professional landscaping company.

Pay

$24–$28 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience and Qualifications )

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enhancement and installation projects from start to finish
• Supervise and work alongside field crews to ensure quality and efficiency
• Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely and effectively
• Coordinate project materials, equipment, and daily job site activities
• Install plant materials, irrigation components, and landscape enhancements
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Ensure projects are completed according to company standards and timelines

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead installation foreman in:
  • High-end residential landscaping
  • Landscape construction
  • Property enhancement projects
• Ability to lift 50–80 pounds regularly
• Experience operating heavy equipment including:
  • Skid loaders
  • Rototillers
  • Trenchers
  • Trucks with utility trailers
• Strong understanding of plant materials and proper installation techniques
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus
• Pesticide Applicator License is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
