Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of AI-driven products, including requirement analysis, prototyping (proficient in Axure, Figma), PRD documentation, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum-based project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify AI implementation scenarios, transform user needs into executable product features.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to wealth management, investment banking, and financial risk control etc., ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with design, R&D, and testing teams to drive efficient project delivery and solve issues and collaboration bottlenecks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI product manager , with successful cases of AI product implementation are preferred.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Master the basic principles of AI technology, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), large language model (LLM)etc.
• Be familiar with mainstream frameworks and algorithm application scenarios.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Familiar with AIGC technology, low-code platforms are preferred.
