We are seeking an experienced HR data & Reporting Expert to join our client's team in Sofia, which is a leading international provider of innovative automotive lighting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation, standardization & further development of global HR reporting topics (HR Dashboards, HR KPIs, Data Harmonization, etc.)
• Creation and execution of complex evaluations, analyses, and statistics for various stakeholders for HR Data (e.g., diversity, FTE reports, etc.)
• SAP OM module responsibility as the global OM Key User, in collaboration with technical and local HR teams
• Conducting HR data quality checks, particularly in relation to organizational data
• Participation in the implementation or enhancement of SAP HR systems/processes
• Training of HR colleagues inefficient usage of HR Tools & Systems.

Qualifications:

• Completed business or technical education at the university level

• Experience in HR or HR/IT within international environments
• Strong affinity of HR-IT systems & HR Data
• Experience with SAP HR (Organizational Management), SuccessFactors or Power BI is an advantage
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and service orientation skills
• Very good knowledge of English
• Ideally experience in project management & Project Structures.
