Description

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst to support and elevate outcomes across our behavioral health and recovery programs.

This role is designed for someone who can transform client engagement data into actionable insights, helping improve retention, program effectiveness, and overall client success. You will play a key role in analyzing the full client journey, identifying trends, and enabling data-informed decisions across teams.

While this is a healthcare environment, the mindset required is similar to analytics roles in high-growth SaaS organizations: structured data analysis, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze client lifecycle data from onboarding through discharge
  • Track and report on engagement, retention, and program completion metrics
  • Identify trends, patterns, and risk indicators in client behavior
  • Build dashboards and reports to support operational and clinical teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, clinical staff, and leadership to inform decisions
  • Develop data models to improve forecasting and program performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation in internal systems
  • Support the scaling of data infrastructure and reporting processes

What We are Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates with a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence background in SaaS or high-growth environments who want to transition into meaningful, mission-driven work.

Ideal Experience:

  • 2–6+ years in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Analytics roles
  • Strong experience working with datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset focused on performance, trends, and outcomes

Highly Valued Backgrounds

  • SaaS Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
  • Analytics roles in tech, fintech, or subscription-based services
  • Data-focused roles in high-growth startups
  • Healthcare analytics, patient data, or clinical reporting (secondary advantage)

Why This Role Is Different

This is not a traditional data role.

It is a high-impact position where your insights directly influence whether individuals stay engaged in care and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.

You will help shape how data is used to improve retention, optimize programs, and strengthen the overall client journey.

What We Offer

  • Mission-driven work with measurable impact
  • Opportunity to apply analytics skills in healthcare
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Growth opportunities in analytics, operations, and strategy
  • Meaningful work where insights drive real human outcomes
