Description

Support Services Group is a multinational company that provides Consulting, BPO, and Contact Center services, with a presence in more than 10 countries around the world.

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and lead recruitment efforts in Jamaica. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle while driving hiring performance, improving show rates, ensuring process compliance, and supporting overall staffing goals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, performance-focused, proactive, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment. This person should be comfortable giving direction, mentoring team members, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping execute recruitment strategies that support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned campaigns and positions.
  • Drive hiring performance through effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-up practices.
  • Maintain accountability for hiring metrics including:
    • Hires
    • Show rates
    • Time to fill
    • Candidate quality
    • Retention-related indicators
  • Ensure all recruitment processes, policies, and compliance standards are consistently followed.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to recruiters and recruiting teams as needed.
  • Mentor and guide team members through coaching and recommendations while escalating performance concerns appropriately.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and identify gaps or risks proactively.
  • Generate and maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
  • Recommend recruitment strategies, sourcing improvements, and operational enhancements based on hiring trends and data.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Workforce Management, HR, Training, and leadership teams.
  • Support hiring events, recruiting initiatives, and process improvement projects.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote accountability, urgency, professionalism, and performance-driven recruitment practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience preferred.
  • Leadership or senior recruiting experience in a BPO or high-volume environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and staffing operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
