Job Description:

With a commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, we are looking for a talented Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative field marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales within the Hyderabad region.
2. Identify and build strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and other key partners.
3. Organize and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotional campaigns in alignment with company goals.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials and sales collateral.
6. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
7. Manage and monitor budgets allocated for field marketing activities.
8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
9. Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
3. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and event management.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
8. Strong organizational and project management skills.
9. Willingness to travel within the Hyderabad region as required.
