We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive workplace environment while ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance to staff.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.
- Support organizational change and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
