Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a DCM/IPO Paralegal to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting legal research, preparing due diligence reports, and performing site visits.
• Focusing on HK IPO with exposure to M&A and DCM work.
• Assisting with the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements.
• Providing administrative support to international legal counsel as may be deemed suitable.

Qualifications:

• Law degree holder.
• Experience in DCM market in Hong Kong, US and China.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
