Remote Customer Support Agent (Based in Athens, Greece)
Languages: Czech, Croatian, German, Dutch, or French + English (B2 level)
Are you looking for a remote opportunity in Greece that combines flexibility, stability, and an international environment?
Join our team in Athens as a Customer Support Agent and help global customers with care and professionalism all from the comfort of your home in Greece!
️ Work Model:
Remote work available only for candidates already based in Athens, Greece.
For candidates relocating from abroad, work is onsite (office-based) in Athens with full relocation support provided.
What Youll Do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with your team to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
⭐ What Youll Bring:
Fluency in Czech, Croatian, German, Dutch, or French.
English level B2 or higher.
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
14 salaries per year (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)
