Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating the company's AI development plan, having the foresight to predict AI applications in the construction industry, and leading the team to implement the plan into specific projects;
• Responsible for solving the major and difficult problems in the application of AI in the construction field, and leading the AI team to develop efficient, stable and scalable algorithm technology;
• Responsible for algorithm design and optimization according to project requirements, ensure the application of algorithms in the project, and polish and incubate AI products;
• Responsible for cultivating talent echelon, leading the team to continuously improve the strength of scientific research, and completing index tasks such as patents and core papers;
• Responsible for making top achievements in the fields of natural language processing, computer vision, multimodal technology and embodied AI;
• Responsible for tracking international cutting-edge technologies and organizing seminars on a regular basis, sharing the latest scientific research results, and continuously tracking the frontiers of AI technology development.

Job Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree from an overseas university，computer, applied mathematics or related;
• Have formal positions in well-known overseas universities, scientific research institutions and enterprise R & D institutions, and has worked continuously for more than three years;
• Have experience in the field of artificial intelligence, participated in major national research projects, outstanding contributors are preferred;
• Ability to build deep learning and artificial intelligence frameworks, including algorithm and system research and development of machine learning, speech recognition, image processing, etc., complete validation and coding related work of core algorithms;
• Have a good foundation in mathematics and statistics, have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, can read and write high-level English papers, published in well-known journals at home and abroad AI related papers are preferred;
• Strong ability to work under pressure, innovation, problem solving, document writing, good communication and collaboration skills.
