As a FAIR Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software engineering solutions that meet client needs. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor your team, leveraging your strategic planning skills and business acumen to deliver exceptional client service. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, leading projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading software engineering projects within the AWS Native Development & Testing environment
- Managing client support and engagement to deliver innovative technology solutions
- Implementing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to enhance software quality
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ for application development and integration
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software integrity
- Developing microservices and enterprise application architectures for scalable solutions
- Overseeing continuous integration and delivery processes to streamline software deployment
- Collaborating with teams to analyze business requirements and design functional software solutions
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development
- Promoting business process improvement through strategic questioning and analytical thinking
- Validating software testing and quality assurance processes to confirm compliance and performance standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Excelling in API Management and Microservices architecture
- Leveraging experience with Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
- Managing software development projects with Agile methodologies
- Leading teams in enterprise application architecture and integration
