Junior Engineer – EV Chargers

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and a passion for sustainable energy and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of EV charging stations.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support for EV charging projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EV chargers and associated electrical systems.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry regulations.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and service operations.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in EV charging systems, electrical installations, power systems, renewable energy projects, or a related field.

• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Familiarity with EV charging technologies and industry standards will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possession of a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
