Description
You will manage key global accounts, lead complex commercial engagements, and develop strategies to grow Honeywell’s leadership position in the LNG market. This role combines sales execution, strategic planning, market development, and cross-functional leadership in a highly technical, global industry. You will work out of our Allentown, PA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key LNG accounts, serving as the primary customer contact
- Drive revenue growth by closing engineering services, technology, and equipment contracts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with sales targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major energy companies, EPCs, and industry partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Lead complex contract negotiations, including pricing, commercial terms, and risk management
- Establish and implement sales, marketing, and pricing strategies for LNG product offerings
- Conduct market analysis, including competitor intelligence and customer requirements
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams (engineering, product, legal, finance, manufacturing) to deliver integrated solutions
- Guide proposal development and ensure competitive, value-driven customer solutions
- Support development of new LNG technologies, products, and service offerings
- Represent Honeywell at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to strengthen market presence
- Protect intellectual property and ensure favorable commercial risk positioning
- Collaborate with internal divisions (UOP, Process Automation) to deliver end-to-end LNG solutions
- Support aftermarket services by identifying and driving additional opportunities with existing clients
You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in account management, sales, or commercial roles
- 2–3 years of experience in LNG, energy, or a comparable complex industry
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)
