Sales Engineer Food & Beverage Process Solutions (Philippines)

Our client is a well-established engineering solutions provider specializing in process plants and equipment across multiple industries. To support their expansion in the Philippines, they are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to focus on Food & Beverage processing systems.

This is a newly created position offering strong growth potential for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships and providing value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business opportunities for process equipment and turnkey systems in the Food & Beverage sector.

• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical and commercial proposals.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations to secure new business.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and overseas principals to ensure quality delivery and after-sales support.

• Build long-term partnerships with customers and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or process equipment sales.

• Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related).

• Solid understanding of food or beverage production processes and plant operations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.

• Eager to learn continuously and keep up with new technologies in F&B processing.
