Description

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Reporting to: CEO
Markets: Lithuania & Bulgaria
Type: Full-time

About SPARK

SPARK is building a green future by making urban mobility electric, sustainable, and accessible. We provide a shared, fully electric fleet as a flexible alternative to private car ownership, helping to create cleaner and more livable cities. We are looking for a Product Owner to own the product lifecycle for our Lithuanian and Bulgarian markets, reporting directly to the CEO.

The Role

This is a high-autonomy position for a product-minded operator who thrives when given the freedom to decide and the responsibility to deliver. You will lead a product "trio" alongside a Tech Lead and a Designer. Your mission is to bridge the gap between business goals and user experience, ensuring that every feature we build has a clear "why" and a measurable impact. You will work directly on initiatives impacting revenue, utilization, retention, unit economics and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Own the product roadmap for the LT and BG markets. You are responsible for both long-term vision and day-to-day backlog prioritization.
  • KPI Ownership: Define success for every initiative. Set clear KPIs and ensure the organization understands why a feature succeeded or failed based on hard data.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Drive a culture of "testing fast." Design MVPs to validate hypotheses quickly, identifying which ideas have potential and which should be scrapped.
  • Data thinking: Evaluate supply-demand dynamics and pricing mechanisms using data to explain outcomes and guide decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: reporting directly to the CEO, you will align expectations across Customer Support, Marketing, Fleet, and Legal, translating technical trade-offs into clear business impact.
  • System Optimization: Improve internal systems and operational tools based on team requests, vetting them against long-term scalability and vision.
  • User Feedback Loop: Regularly collect feedback from users in both markets and translate those insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2C Product Management, with a proven track record of driving measurable business results and continuous product improvements in previous roles.
  • Modern Practices: Deep understanding of modern product and project management practices (Agile, Discovery vs. Delivery).
  • Tooling & Analytics: Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Able to use data to measure performance and work closely with engineering/design to find the most efficient path to value.
  • Prioritization: Ability to manage a complex backlog and make tough calls on what not to build.

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary: EUR 4,000–5,500 gross per month
(The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.)
  • Significant Impact: You aren't a cog in a machine - your decisions directly affect the company's top and bottom line and the user experience in two countries.
  • Low ego, high impact culture: We value direct communication and maintain zero-politics environment where the best ideas win, regardless of hierarchy.
  • Flexibility: 30 days/year "Work from Anywhere" within Europe, plus a centrally located office in Vilnius city center.
  • Growth: A dedicated learning budget to help you stay at the top of your game.
  • Perks: Private health insurance, a hybrid working model with flexible working hours, additional vacation days depending on your seniority at SPARK, and the opportunity to try and drive different electric vehicle models.

To Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief summary of a product or feature you managed, the KPIs you set, and what you learned from its success or failure.
