Description
i.Self sourcing and also managing a team of SMs/DSTs in a location for building up of portfolio.
ii. Managing key/strategic DSA relation and increasing sourcing of cases
iii. Managing delinquency of Customers
i. Responsible to source/build/manage LAP portfolio in a partcular location/City.
Ii. Responsible for acquisition of LAP through DSAs as well as Branch Channel
iii. Ensuring LAP disbursement as per budgets
iv. Ensuring revenue target for LAP in that locatin is also met
v. Manage SM/DSTs for sourcing LAP cases along with Customer life cycle.
vi. Ensure cross sell of insurance and other liability products
Experience Range : 7 to 15 Years
Qualifications :
Graduate (Any Specialisation)
