Position: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, acting as the go-to expert for guidelines
• Review and rate various content types, providing written justifications for your evaluations
• Collaborate in calibration sessions, contributing to team alignment and improvement
• Conduct peer audits and assist in training new team members
• Handle multiple assignments independently, meeting all KPIs to ensure smooth business operations
• Work closely with the team to share best practices and insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
• Eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or residency)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a logical approach
• Excellent communication skills, able to present your reasoning clearly and concisely
• Comfortable with G Suite tools, especially Google Sheets
• Willing to work flexible shifts (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
