Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of application features to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ to optimize business workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions within the Salesforce Conga CPQ environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for application development.
- Experience in maintaining and upgrading existing Salesforce Conga CPQ applications to improve performance and user experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
