ACHM Hotels by Marriott is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join its Revenue Office in Milan, with the possibility of relocation to Rome.
Job Description
The Revenue Manager oversees room inventory and is responsible for maximizing room revenue across the assigned hotels. The role involves daily monitoring of booking pace (pick-up) and the subsequent adjustment of pricing strategies for the assigned hotel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Revenue Management analyses and reports.
Collect, analyze, and monitor actual sales performance against forecasts.
Analyze period-end data to identify trends, future demand needs, and strategies to achieve business objectives.
Develop specific analyses related to pricing, displacement analysis, and account evaluation.
Evaluate property performance against historical results, budget targets, and competitor performance.
Organize regular revenue meetings to share insights and coordinate pricing strategies by property and destination.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Management.
Basic computer skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Remuneration commensurate with experience and skills. €20-40
