Our client is a leading manufacturer of power transformers, shunt reactors, and other high-voltage electrical equipment, serving both domestic and international markets with innovative and reliable solutions.

Responsible:

1. Oversee project execution for service projects (primarily) and new transformer projects.
2. Manage projects from Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) to closure, ensuring both commercial and technical aspects are completed as per contract or Purchase Order (PO).
3. Act as the key liaison between Sales (front office) and Manufacturing (back office) to ensure seamless project coordination.
4. Review and improve ISO process flows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or transformer industry.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management tools such as MS Project.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Willingness to travel to remote areas for business trips as required.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
