Joining Qantas at our brand-new Product Innovation Centre located in Adelaide, you will contribute to consumer needs by building intuitive, high-performing mobile experiences that respond to user feedback, enhance engagement and deliver intuitive solutions aligned with evolving customer expectations. 

As an iOS Developer, you’ll be responsible for delivery and development of the software systems that power our business unit, working with cross-functional squads, UX/UI designers, Technology Lead, Product Owner, Product Specialist and Test Engineers to maintain and continuously improve the mobile application.

This is an opportunity to work in a passionate and supportive team; you will be working alongside business stakeholders and other developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. You will bring a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential. 

You’ll have: 

• 3+ years working in large organisations on enterprise-scale native iOS applications 
• Good understanding of Object-oriented design and patterns and SOLID principles
• Foundational knowledge and industry experience working with UIKit, SwiftUI, Async/Await, SPM, and Swift Concurrency
• Proficiency with Xcode instruments for performance tuning and debugging 
• Experience working with Swift Testing and fundamental understanding of UI Automation testing
• Experience working with AI
• Confidence with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions 
• Experience with cross team collaboration, task management, and communicating with app stakeholders
• Experience working with version control systems (preferably git)
• Experience with server-driven architectures will be well regarded 
• Ability to mentor junior developers and perform code reviews
