About the Role

Our client, a leading technology company in the financial sector, is looking for a Enterprise Clients Support: L1 Support to join their dynamic team.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth system integrations, deployments, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams, both locally and internationally, to support operations and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand new features, configurations, and deployment requirements.

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients when necessary.

  • Assist in system integrations and deployment processes.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in production and test environments.

  • Coordinate with the infrastructure team to address deployment-related concerns and troubleshooting.

  • Monitor system health and take proactive measures to ensure stability and performance.

  • Support emergency troubleshooting and issue resolution, including after-hours assistance when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

  • 1 - 5 years of experience in application support, deployment, or system troubleshooting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking to identify root causes under high-pressure situations.

  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Clear and structured writing is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work remotely for emergency cases, including late-night support when needed.

  • A team player, willing to learn, highly detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
