Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to manage and grow relationships with key partners in Japan, including insurers, brokers, and travel management companies (TMCs).

This role focuses on managing new and existing partner accounts and driving lead generation, working closely with the Sales team to support new business and client retention.

Description:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned partners
  • Build new partner relationships and explore collaboration opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through partner channels
  • Support Sales teams by facilitating partner introductions and opportunities
  • Drive engagement with partners to support client retention and account growth
  • Execute partnership initiatives, training, and joint activities
  • Track partner performance and maintain CRM records

Requirements:

  • Experience in partnerships, account management, or B2B sales
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Experience in insurance, brokerage, or related industries is a plus
  • Native Japanese and business-level English
