Regional HR Manager (HRBP)
Cagayan De Oro | On-site | Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee and drive human resources strategies across multiple locations within a large-scale retail and commercial operations environment. This role will serve as a key business partner, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance and people-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute HR strategies across multiple sites within the assigned region
  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment
  • Drive performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decisions
  • Lead and mentor HR teams across different locations
  • Implement and standardize HR policies, systems, and best practices across the region

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with regional or multi-site exposure
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in handling large, diverse workforce populations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail, property management, or large-scale operations is an advantage
  • Strong background in organizational development and change management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
