We are looking for qualified Polish-speaking Customer Support professionals currently residing in Greece. This fully remote role allows you to assist customers from any location within Greece. What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Polish speaker (C1+)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Currently living anywhere in Greece
Basic computer literacy
- Customer-oriented and professional mindset
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Polish
Provide accurate, clear, and professional support
Follow company processes and maintain quality standards
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions
