Are you fluent in French and English, with a passion for IT support and troubleshooting? We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide top-notch support to users from the comfort of your home! What You'll Do:
- Provide timely support via phone, chat, and email for IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot desktop, application, and mobile device issues (iOS/Android)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and access issues
- Take ownership of incidents, ensuring swift and successful resolutions
- Collaborate with experts for fast problem resolution
- Document solutions for future reference and escalate as needed
- Manage incidents while adhering to KPIs and service management principles
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in French (C2), with strong English skills (B2+)
- Experience in L1-L2 IT Support, preferably in Application Support/Software Development
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with SDLC, databases, and OS components is a plus
