Role Overview:

• Product Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, considering user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Industry Insight: Stay updated with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in on-chain transaction processes.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct competitor and user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Product Requirements: Define clear product requirements and user stories. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.
• User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-centric approach, advocating for intuitive and secure user experiences during the entire deposit and withdrawal journey.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to on-chain transactions, such as conversion rates and conversion times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience in well-known Internet or cryptocurrency companies
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and on-chain transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience principles with a history of delivering intuitive products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Passion for cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is mandatory.
