Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QA/QC Administrator to support quality and project delivery functions within a fast-paced engineering and construction environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring information is managed accurately, compliance requirements are met, and project teams have access to reliable documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, collate, format, and organize project documentation in line with approved Manufacturer’s Data Report (MDR) indexes.
  • Ensure MDR documentation is complete, properly structured, accurate, and submission-ready.
  • Prepare, maintain, and file corporate and project-specific QA/QC documentation.
  • Support document control activities, including version control, revision management, and document tracking.
  • Ensure documentation complies with QA/QC procedures, standards, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate documentation requests and maintain organized records for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Monitor and track quality records to ensure timely completion and sign-off in line with project schedules.
  • Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the QA/QC department and project teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-4 years of experience in construction or fabrication document control, preferably within Mining, Infrastructure, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Strong understanding of document indexing, structured submission processes, and compliance requirements, with proven experience compiling and finalizing Manufacturer’s Data Reports (MDRs) in accordance with approved indexes and client standards.
  • Experience with COINS, PDF Pro, or other document and quality management systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to expedite outstanding documentation.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation across multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
