Key Responsibilities:

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or diploma in science majors, computer majors, and Engineering majors only.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in the English language
