Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering planned and project works that ensure consistent, high-quality service outcomes while driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead the successful delivery of planned and project works across the TAFE Southbank site, ensuring outcomes align with contractual and service expectations
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders, supporting a seamless customer experience
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Identify and implement service improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Monitor project progress, ensuring risks are managed proactively and outcomes are consistently achieved
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in project delivery within facilities management, construction, or a related environment
Strong capability in managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple workstreams
Trade background (highly regarded) or relevant industry experience
Project Management qualification (desirable) or demonstrated practical experience
A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
