HIRING POSITION: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective and efficient forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to meet general business requirements promptly.
• Manage and analyze monthly financial reports, identifying differences from the original budget in sales, costs, and business rationales.
• Support the team in delivering performance reporting and management information to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate proactively with key business partners to identify opportunities and drive transformative business growth initiatives.
• Brief key stakeholders on the potential impacts of key risks and collaborate on developing mitigation strategies for identified business and commercial risks.
• Assist in coordinating the annual strategic planning process when required.
• Prepare accurate month-end reporting, including necessary analysis and commentary.
• Perform reconciliations between actual and planned expenditures to control spending effectively.
• Provide ad-hoc key analysis on business issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Possess 5 years of experience in Financial/Business analysis/Commercial roles with a focus on analytics.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Exhibit strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
• Display strong interpersonal skills, both in written and oral communication.
• Comfortably navigate ambiguity and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Excel in communication and presentation skills, with a comfort level in interacting with executive-level management.
