Description

Our client, a sports gaming house is looking for an IT Junior Support, where his role will be:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Providing technical support across the company.
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Keep updated the asset management system and hardware inventory.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Coordinates the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant Technology field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Computer literacy
  • Open to work On Site
