What you'll do:

As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting managed IT services across cloud and infrastructure environments. You will play a key role in maintaining system performance, supporting projects, and resolving technical issues while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

• Deliver and manage services across Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, endpoints, VMware, and backup platforms
• Support infrastructure and cloud projects such as Azure migrations and Microsoft 365 deployments
• Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for technical issues and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across cloud and on-premise environments
• Maintain system health, security, and performance across customer environments
• Assist in onboarding new clients using standardized processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and technical recommendations

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 24/7 shifting schedule - Australian Time (AUST)
• Work Setup: Hybrid - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
