We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can translate product vision into prioritized deliverables focused on impact & outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the lead storyteller and managing the end-to-end success of digital products that integrate the needs of people using government software with our client stakeholder goals.

This position is fully remote (work-from-home) and requires a federal background investigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship & Trust Building: Build strong relationships with the project team, our clients, and everyone within the product management practice area, creating trust and guiding decision-making. Act as a confident consultant to guide clients toward evidence-based, human-centered product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work and collaborate with an agile team of engineers, designers, quality assurance, accessibility, and business stakeholders to capture and translate needs into deliverables.
  • Facilitation & Alignment: Facilitate client meetings to understand product users, priorities, product principles, and features, and gather their feedback and buy-in. Confidently take charge to drive consensus when handed vague feedback or rigid, top-down mandates.
  • Unified Roadmapping: Make decisions about priorities, complexity, user needs, business value, and timelines to define and maintain a single source of truth product roadmap that integrates both UX discovery and engineering execution.
  • Backlog & Sprint Hygiene: Own the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the scope and vision outlined in the product roadmap through refinement and beyond.
  • Practice & Culture Champion: Be a champion of the user experience and cultivate a collaborative, mission-driven team culture.

Requirements:

  • Must pass a federal background check
  • Nine (9) years of experience in roadmapping and shipping successful digital products in an agile environment
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent of four (4) additional years of digital services experience
  • Certification in Product Management with a focus on IT, Agile, or similar
  • Experience managing communications and expectations between a high-performing team and multiple client stakeholders
  • Experience with the end-to-end operational process of guiding a product or service throughout its entire product life cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and operationalize best practices while developing products and services
  • Experience with Agile

Salary Range

$120,000 - $145000 USD per Year

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.

Residency Requirement

For this role, you must be a current U.S. resident and have lived here for 3 out of the past 5 years.

Location

We are a fully remote team based in the United States. Team members are expected to have a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
