We are seeking a professional Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator to join our international digital safety division at our modern hub in Athens. In this role, you will be the primary guardian of a safe and positive online environment for Portuguese-speaking users across Europe and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Content Moderation: Review user-generated content (videos, images, and text) in Portuguese to ensure strict compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Proactive Protection: Identify and escalate instances of hate speech, harassment, or illegal content, acting with speed and precision to maintain digital safety.
• User Support: Resolve inquiries and appeals from Portuguese-speaking users regarding account security, privacy settings, and content removals.
• Policy Application: Consistently apply evolving global digital safety regulations to all moderation tasks to ensure platform integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Work on-site in our multicultural Athens office alongside digital safety experts to identify emerging trends and platform violations.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
• Resilience: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive or objective content with professional detachment.
• Location: Must be willing to work from our physical office in Athens (central location with excellent transport links).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, informed decisions based on complex guidelines.
