Responsibilities
- Responsible for material planning and order management
- Follow up with purchase order and invoice
- Prepare delivery schedule & support senior in sourcing
- Meet with frequent suppliers and keep good relationships
- Occasional travel to China
Requirements
- Diploma or above with at least 2 years experience in purchasing and logistics
- A team player with good communication skills with internal and external parties
- Independently, Self - initiative & Goal-oriented thinking
- Good command in written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC applications and knowledge in BIM is an asset
- Experience in Construction / Engineering/ Metal is prefered
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Purchasing Officer
