SG Recruitment are working with a global SaaS business who are looking for a Project Manager for the MEA region. This role is based in Dubai with hybrid working after probation. The Project Manager will lead SaaS customer projects from launch through successful delivery, ensuring outcomes, adoption, and stakeholder alignment.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery and success of customer SaaS projects

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage customer expectations across operational and commercial priorities

• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects on track

• Support sensitive negotiations and complex stakeholder situations with tact and structure

For the Project Manager role, you will have:

• Project Management Qualification (nice to have)
• 5+ years experience managing application/implementation projects for clients

• Strong understanding of SaaS deployment contexts and constraints

• Clear, precise communication across all levels (from users to executives)

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle high-stakes situations

• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving, and sound judgement

• Fluent English

• Autonomous, responsible, and genuinely team-oriented
