Description

Found.ation is an innovation management consulting firm that passionately transforms organisations and teams by activating new skills and disruptive methodologies for the evolving business world, uniquely positioned at the heart of the innovation landscape in Greece.
We are looking for an Administrative & Accounting Associate to support both our day-to-day office administration and our core accounting and financial processes. This is a hybrid role for a reliable, organised, tech-savvy individual, equally comfortable coordinating office logistics and working with numbers, invoices, and financial records.
## Tasks
* Support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports and statements
* Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and partners to ensure the smooth, compliant running of company finances
* Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial forecasting
* Monitor company accounts, subscriptions, and recurring expenses, flagging discrepancies proactively
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for the team and external partners
* Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
* Support HR-related administrative tasks for the company’s employees
* Help plan and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Use AI tools to speed up and improve daily work and identify ways to automate repetitive tasks
## Requirements
* Associate-level candidates with the right mindset and skills are encouraged to apply
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
* Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and comfort working with numbers, invoices, and basic financial reporting
* Technologically savvy and confident use of modern digital tools and SaaS software, like Slack, Jira, Confluence or similar
* AI-first mindset with genuine curiosity to explore and adopt new digital and AI tools, not just willingness to use what's assigned
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Strong sense of ownership for quality of work and deliverables
## Benefits
💸 Monthly gross salary in the range of €1,100–€1,500 depending on experience and skill level
🍎 Additional monthly ticket restaurant voucher compensation
🚀 Continuous learning and personal development opportunities
⛱️ 25 vacation days per year
💊 Paid sickness days
🎨 Be part of an evolving, creative, human-centered environment
🏢 Work in a diverse, collaborative co-working space in the center of Athens
