Description

Job Title: Edible Oil Sales Manager Location: Based in Jordan

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the edible oil sector.

· Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with new clients, distributors, and key stakeholders within the industry.

· Conduct in-depth market research to analyse trends, competition, and customer preferences specific to the edible oil market.

· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate detailed sales reports to monitor and evaluate performance.

· Oversee and manage the entire sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

· Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing guidance and support, and monitoring performance to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 5 to 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the edible oil industry.

· Demonstrated expertise in sales within the MENA region.

· Preferred background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).

· Strong track record of successfully opening new markets and building long-term client relationships.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English.

· Ability to work from the Jordan office and travel as needed.

· New Client Growth: Successfully onboard a specified number of new clients annually.

· Market Expansion: Open at least one new regional market within the MENA region by the end of the year.

Must have: Knowledge in Edible oils. Connections with manufacturer in Jordan & Mina Region. Good in English, available to travel, have a car.
