What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Report to senior management on sales achievements and market insights.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in FMCG.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
