Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive with strong communication skills to join our marketing team. As a fresher, you will play an essential role in executing marketing strategies, supporting campaigns, and contributing to the overall brand growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Support the creation of marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
• Participate in organizing promotional events and product launches.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
