Description

Webull Financial LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing value and excellent service to our clients. The role involves directly interacting with customers to answer inquiries, address issues, and provide information, ensuring the highest degree of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

    • Represent Webull Financial LLC professionally at all times, providing quality customer service.
    • Attend to incoming calls, e-mails, and social media queries from clients, routing them to appropriate departments when necessary.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding inquiries into services, products, and accounts.
    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Upsell company products and services by describing product benefits and special offers; promote new products and any special deals.
    • Collate customer feedback and communicate this to the appropriate departments to facilitate product improvements and development.

Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a bonus.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the finance or technology industries.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve client issues professionally.
    • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications.
    • Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services.
    • Knowledge of financial services and products will be an added advantage.
